I was devastated to learn that my hairdresser, Genray himself, for the last 12.5 years passed away in June. Knowing him and his legacy, I decided to take a risk and go with a new stylist (to me) at the Genray Hair Salon. Tinneke, let all my fears melt away instantly with her warm positive personality and meticulous attention to detail. I have an important interview coming up and decided to chop the long and overdue hair cut for a short and professional look. Every step of the way she checked in with me to make sure the length was to my liking. We all know that when you get your hair cut by a pro, they style your hair like you are a celebrity, never knowing the ins and outs of reproducing this look yourself. This is where Tinneke stands out above the rest. While she was blow drying my hair, she talked me through the steps, so I could reproduce this fabulous styling myself. Needless to say, I have my 200+ students and colleagues in a higher education setting going absolutely bonkers over this new style. Even those on campus who don't know me are turning heads to look at my fabulous new do. Tinneke is the BEST! She really went above and beyond to make me look like a million bucks!
